Ingredients

Creamy mashed avocado seasoned with Dash™ Everything but the Salt Seasoning, topped with an over-easy egg on whole-grain wheat toast for a heart-healthy, flavorful breakfast.

Directions

  1. Toast bread to your desired level of browning.
  2. In a small dish, smash the avocado until smooth.
  3. Stir in the vinegar until thoroughly blended.
  4. Spread avocado over toast
  5. Sprinkle Dash™ Everything But The Salt Seasoning Blend over the avocado.
  6. Top with an over-easy egg that has been cooked in a small skillet lightly sprayed with cooking spray
