- 2 tsp. Dash™ Everything But The Salt Seasoning Blend
- 1 large egg
- Crisco® Cooking Spray
Creamy mashed avocado seasoned with Dash™ Everything but the Salt Seasoning, topped with an over-easy egg on whole-grain wheat toast for a heart-healthy, flavorful breakfast.
Directions
- Toast bread to your desired level of browning.
- In a small dish, smash the avocado until smooth.
- Stir in the vinegar until thoroughly blended.
- Spread avocado over toast
- Sprinkle Dash™ Everything But The Salt Seasoning Blend over the avocado.
- Top with an over-easy egg that has been cooked in a small skillet lightly sprayed with cooking spray
