- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2/3 cup evaporated skim milk
- 2 each egg whites
- 4 oz cheese product low-fat, cubed
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese reduced-fat
- 1 tbsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain, then toss the hot pasta with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, egg whites, cubed cheese product, shredded cheddar cheese, and Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend.
- Gently toss the cheese mixture with the cooked macaroni until evenly coated.
- Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a 1½-quart casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through and lightly golden on top.
