- 1 ½ lbs. sirloin steak, 1-inch cube
- 3 each bell peppers, 1-inch dice
- 1 sweet onion, 1-inch dice
- 2 tbsp. Dash™ Original Seasoning Blend
- 2 ½ tbsp. olive oil
Skewered and grilled to perfection, these kabobs are a salt-free, flavorful option for a healthy and vibrant meal that’s perfect for the grill or oven!
Directions
- Preheat grill to med-high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together Dash™ Original Seasoning and oil. Then add beef, peppers, and onion. Mix until everything is evenly coated with the marinade.
- Assemble the kabobs by alternating the beef and veggies onto skewers. Allow to marinate for a minimum of 30 minute or even overnight.
- Grill for 5 minutes, flip and grill 5 more minutes. Cook to desired doneness
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent them from burning and to keep your kabobs intact during cooking.
