- 1 Pound Ground Beef, lean
- 2 tbsp Dash™ Steak Grilling Blend, divided
- 2 oz Cheddar Cheese, reduced fat, Cut into 4 equal slices
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 Each Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 each Hamburger Buns
Sink your teeth into pure satisfaction with our Savory Cheddar Stuffed Burger recipe. Juicy ground beef packed with flavor from Dash™ Steak Grilling blend, gooey cheddar cheese, caramelized onions. It’s a mouthwatering twist on a classic favorite that’s sure to leave you craving more.
Directions
- Preheat grill or broiler, Line baking sheet with foil.
- Shape into eight 4-inch round, flat patties and season on both sides with 1 tbsp of Dash™ Steak Grilling blend.
- Place a piece of cheese on top of each hamburger patty, top with a second patty and press down firmly, sealing the sides by pinching together.
- In a medium pan heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, 1 tbsp Dash™ Steak Grilling blend and sauté onions on low heat until soft and browned. Add balsamic vinegar and stir in with the caramelized onions.
- Meanwhile, place burgers under preheated broiler or grill and brown patties on both sides until juices run clear, about 3 minutes per side.
- Top burgers with onions and place in bun to serve.
