- Crisco® Cooking Spray
- 1 pizza crust dough, refrigerated
- 8 oz. goat cheese
- 3 ½ tsp. Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend divided
- 1 – 14 oz. can artichokes quartered, well drained
- ¾ C. shredded parmesan cheese
A deliciously pizza topped with garlic-infused creamy goat cheese, tender artichokes, and parmesan cheese, finished with a sprinkle of Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning, Mediterranean-inspired flavor.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray a 9x13-inch baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Unroll pizza dough on a baking sheet and press to stretch it to fit the pan.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- While baking, mix the goat cheese with 2 ½ tsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning and drained artichokes.
- Remove pizza crust from the oven and top with crumbles of seasoned goat cheese, followed by pieces of artichoke and top with shredded parmesan. Sprinkle remaining 1 tsp. Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning over the top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are browned and cheese is melted.
- Cut 3x5 into 15 pieces
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the finished pizza and sprinkle additional Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning right before serving to boost the flavors and add a touch of freshness.
