- 1 each pie crust, unbaked
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 Tbsp. Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
- 1 cup Italian cheese blend, shredded
- 2 each tomato, sliced ½” thick
This savory tart is a perfect blend of crispy, cheesy, and tangy flavors, making it an elegant yet easy dish for brunch, lunch, or a light dinner.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Line a 9 or 10-inch tart pan with the pie crust.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, and Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning until well blended and stir in cheese.
- Pour the mixture over the pie crust and top with tomato slices in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until custard is set.
