Ingredients

It doesn’t take much time or many ingredients to make this feast. Simply cover and bake boneless pork chops in low-sodium chicken broth, honey, Dijon mustard, and our No Salt Seasoning Garlic & Herb Blend for 35 minutes. Yummy and health-friendly!

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a baking dish, combine chicken broth, mustard, Honey, and Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Mix well to create the sauce mixture.
  3. Place the pork chops into the baking dish, ensuring they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
  4. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F and are cooked through.

Tips

  • Chef’s Tip -If grilling or gruddleing the pork chops, marinate them in thesauce mixture for at least 30 minutes to infuse more flavor. Grill over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
