- 3/4 cup chicken broth low-sodium
- 4 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 4 each pork loin chops boneless, about 1/2-inch thick
It doesn’t take much time or many ingredients to make this feast. Simply cover and bake boneless pork chops in low-sodium chicken broth, honey, Dijon mustard, and our No Salt Seasoning Garlic & Herb Blend for 35 minutes. Yummy and health-friendly!
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a baking dish, combine chicken broth, mustard, Honey, and Dash™ Garlic & Herb Seasoning. Mix well to create the sauce mixture.
- Place the pork chops into the baking dish, ensuring they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F and are cooked through.
Tips
- Chef’s Tip -If grilling or gruddleing the pork chops, marinate them in thesauce mixture for at least 30 minutes to infuse more flavor. Grill over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in the juices.
