- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp plus 1 tbsp Dash™ Original Seasoning Blend, Divided
- 1 ½ lb ground beef
- 4 each hamburger buns

Directions
- Pre-heat grill or broiler to medium-high heatIn a bowl combine cheddar cheese and 1 tsp. Dash™ Original Seasoning.
- In a separate bowl combine ground beef with 1 tbsp. Dash™ Original Seasoning.
- Divide the seasoned ground beef 8 equal portions and shape into 4-5 inch patty.
- Place 2 tbsp of the seasoned cheese mixture on top of 4 patties. Cover each with a second patty, pressing the edges to seal.
- Grill or broil the stuffed burgers until they reach your desired doneness.
- Place the burgers on hamburger buns and enjoy!
Tips
- Chef’s Tip - Chill the patties in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before grilling or broiling. This helps the burgers hold their shape and prevents the cheese from oozing out while cooking, resulting in perfectly stuffed burgers!
