Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup julienned baby carrots
- 3 cup cooked and drained No Yolks®
- 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet.
- Add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
- Add wine, broth, seasoning and lemon juice; stir to combine.
- Add carrots; cook 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms; cook 2 minutes.
- Add chicken, peas and onions, heating just until warm.
- Toss in No Yolks.
- Top with parsley.
