Tuscan Pot Roast Recipe
Break out your slow cooker to make this savory pot roast. Slow cook on low and make sure to use just the right amount of Dash™ Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend. Easy to make and tastes great when you come in from the cold.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 3 lb boneless beef pot roast
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 tbsp Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 2 cup canned crushed Italian tomatoes, with juices
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat oil in large Dutch oven saucepan.
- Place meat in pan and brown lightly all over.
- In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour mixture over meat.
- Cover and bake in the oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, until meat is tender.
- Serve hot, sliced, with pan juices on the side.
