Summer Veggie Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 premade whole wheat pizza crust
- ½ cup Pizza Sauce
For the Toppings:
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. Dash Onion and Garlic
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F .
- Place the pre-made whole wheat pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.Arrange the zucchini, yellow squash, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes on top of the sauce.
- Top the vegetables with the shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Dash Onion and Garlic over the top.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the vegetables are tender. If using cheese, it should be melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing.
