Shrimp Taco Bowl Recipe

Ingredients
- For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Dash Salt Free Original Blend
For the Taco Bowl:
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or thawed if frozen)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
For the Dressing:
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Dash Salt Free Original Blend
Directions
- In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil and Dash Salt Free Original Blend until evenly coated. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, and Dash Salt Free Original Blend.
- In 4 serving bowls, divide the cooked brown rice, black beans, corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Top each bowl with avocado slices and cooked shrimp.
- Drizzle the lime dressing over each bowl. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side and Enjoy!
