Stuffing for Turkey

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken stock
- 4 tbsp butter
- 8 cup unseasoned dried bread cubes
- 2 tbsp Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped finely
Directions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter.
- Cook chopped onion until soft, add Italian Medley Seasoning Blend and bread cubes and mix well.
- Pour in chicken stock and combine until stuffing is moistened to desired consistency (add more stock if you prefer a moister stuffing).
- Makes enough to stuff a 10- to 11-lb. turkey.
