  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 small red potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 small red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in 13- x 9-inch baking dish; mix well.
  3. Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 20 minutes, stirring once.
