Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup converted long-grain white rice
- 1 tbsp Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 4 tbsp Molly McButter Butter Flavored Sprinkles
- 1 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except peas in saucepan.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
- Add peas.
- Cook an additional 5 to 6 minutes, covered, or until liquid is absorbed.
Tips
Variations: Stir in chopped fresh parsley before serving or sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese or chopped red bell pepper.
