Party Sandwiches
Who could resist these tasty mini-sandwiches with roasted red peppers, cream cheese and the bold flavor of Dash™ Garlic Herb Marinade. With just a few ingredients, they're easy to make and easy to take.

Ingredients
- 5 roasted red pepper strips (jarred in water), cut in half
- 1 thinly sliced large cucumber
- 1/4 cup Garlic Herb Marinade
- 3 tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 30 small, party-size pumpernickel bread pieces
- 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
Directions
- Combine Garlic Herb Marinade, Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and cream cheese in a small bowl.
- Mix well.
- Refrigerate mixture at least 15 minutes before using.
- Spread 1/2 teaspoon cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
- Layer in order: bread (cream cheese face up), roasted red pepper, bread, two cucumber slices and bread (cream cheese side down), to form a layered sandwich.
- Secure sandwich with a frilled toothpick.
