No-Crust Zucchini Tart Recipe
This crustless tasty pie is made of grated zucchini, onion, parsley, fluffy eggs, Parmesan cheese and Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning Blend. It's a great way to start out a relaxing Sunday morning.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coarsely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 tbsp Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cup grated zucchini
Directions
- Wash and trim zucchini, grate, place in colander and drain over sink for 1/2 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Add butter to a skillet and melt over medium heat.
- Add onion, parsley and zucchini and sauté until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in Italian Medley Seasoning Blend and cool mixture slightly.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs; add cheese and cream.
- Gently fold in zucchini mixture evenly in pan.
- Cook in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
