Lean Mean Cheeseburger

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp quick-cooking oats
- 4 seeded or whole-wheat hamburger buns split
- 4 slice real California fresh mozzarella cheese, about 1/4-inch thick
- 1 lb ground beef (95% lean)
- 2 tsp Original Blend seasoning
Directions
- Place oats in food-safe plastic bag.
- Seal bag securely, squeezing out excess air.
- Roll over bag with rolling pin to crush oats to a fine consistency.
- Combine ground beef, oats and Original Blend Seasoning in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly.
- Lightly shape into four 1/2-inch patties.
- Place patties on grill.
- If using a charcoal grill, cook over ash-colored coals, covered, for 11 to 13 minutes.
- On a gas grill, cook over medium heat, covered, for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Turn occasionally until instant-read thermometer inserted horizontally into center registers 160 degrees.
- Line bottom of each bun with lettuce and tomato; top with burger and cheese slice.
- Close sandwich.
