Ingredients
- 4 sourdough rolls
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp grated Romano cheese
- 3 tbsp Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1 tbsp honey Dijon mustard
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 lb extra-lean ground beef (5% fat)
Directions
- Combine ground beef, Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend and mustard in large bowl; mix well.
- Shape into four hamburger patties.
- Broil or grill to desired doneness.
- Serve on split sourdough rolls with lettuce and tomato.
