Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza Recipe
- Part salad, part pizza, this unique dish combines the best of both for a fall taste sensation. Pick up a package of salad greens and prepare some chicken for a quick, healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Chicken Grilling Blend
- 1 medium yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise
- 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 10 oz package Dole® caesar salad kit
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 10- to 12-inch prebaked pizza crust
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 2-inch strips
Directions
- Stir together oil and Chicken Grilling Blend.
- Brush mixture over chicken, bell pepper and squash.
- Grill or broil chicken and vegetables about 10 to 12 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in the center and vegetables are just cooked through.
- Let cool slightly.
- Place pizza crust on grill or broiler pan.
- Cook 2 minutes or until lightly browned; turn over and cook 2 more minutes or until lightly browned.
- Toss salad mix with packaged dressing* and arrange on crust.
- Cut chicken and squash into slices and bell peppers into chunks.
- Arrange over salad mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- *Note: Reserve croutons for another use.
Tips
Pre-cutting crust into six wedges makes for easier serving.
