Crumb-Topped Vegetables Recipe
Seasoned breadcrumbs make veggies simply irresistible. Lemon juice, Dash™ Original Blend and dry mustard create a complementary flavor for your favorite vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp finely snipped parsley
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Original Blend
- 1/2 lb small broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 lb small cauliflower flowerets
Directions
- Steam or microwave vegetables until tender.
- Sprinkle vegetables with Original Blend.
- Melt butter in skillet and add onion.
- Cook until tender.
- Stir in breadcrumbs and mustard.
- Heat and stir until crumbs are lightly browned.
- Stir in parsley and lemon juice.
- Place vegetables in oblong dish.
- Top with crumb mixture.
