Cheesy Tomato Tart Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, unbaked
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. half and half
- 1 Tbsp. Dash® Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
- 1 C. Italian blend shredded cheese
- 2 md. tomatoes, sliced ½” thick
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Line a 9 or 10-inch tart pan with the pie crust.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, and seasoning until well blended.
- Stir in the cheese.
- Pour the mixture over the pie crust and top with tomato slices.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
