Cashew Chicken Teriyaki
Low in sodium and high in flavor, this recipe is one the whole family will enjoy. Combine spicy and savory flavors with Dash™ Sweet Teriyaki Marinade.

Ingredients
- 3 cup hot cooked brown rice
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 12 oz package frozen cut green beans
- 1 cup Sweet Teriyaki Marinade
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashews, halves and pieces
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Directions
- Marinate chicken in 3/4 cup Sweet Teriyaki Marinade for at least 10 minutes.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
- In a medium skillet on medium-high heat, cook chicken about 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
- Add green beans, carrots, cashews and remaining 2 tablespoons Spicy Teriyaki Marinade. Continue cooking until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
