Asian Grilled Chicken
There is more to grilling than the perfect flame. For this Asian-inspired chicken dish, Dash™ Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend provides the ying to the yang of fresh minced ginger.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- 8 bamboo skewers
- 1 tbsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
Directions
- Soak bamboo skewers in enough water to cover.
- Preheat grill to medium high.
- Cut chicken into strips.
- In large, shallow dish, mix Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
- Add chicken strips to mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Thread the bamboo skewers with the chicken strips, dividing the chicken evenly.
- Place skewers on grill and cook for 5 minutes, turn, brush remaining marinade over the chicken, cook for 5 minutes longer. Discard any unused marinade.
- Serve immediately.
