Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 28 oz can pureed or crushed tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1 chopped white onion
Directions
- Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper and garlic and sauté 3 minutes, until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook 5 minutes, until beef is cooked through, breaking up the meat as it cooks.
- Add Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend and stir to coat.
- Add tomatoes, ketchup and mustard and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add corn and cook 1 to 2 minutes to heat through.
- Spoon mixture onto rolls and serve.
