Zesty Garlic Cheeseburgers
The basic burger goes upscale with a simple, yet richly flavored aioli sauce. Just marinate lean ground beef in Dash™ Garlic Herb Marinade to keep it moist while grilling. Top it with cool tomatoes, tangy provolone cheese, and this low-fat sauce for a real taste treat.

Ingredients
- 4 slice provolone cheese
- 1 lb extra-lean (96% lean) ground beef
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1/3 cup Garlic Herb Marinade
- 1/4 cup zippy aioli
- 4 multigrain buns
- 4 tomato slices
Directions
- Crumble the ground beef into a large bowl.
- Add the Garlic Herb Marinade to the meat and work through the meat well, using a large spoon.
- Form four equal hamburger patties, pressing firmly between sheets of wax paper to prevent breakage once cooked.
- Cover the burgers and place in the refrigerator.
- Allow to marinate for 10 minutes or up to 12 hours.
- While the meat marinates, prepare the aioli if desired.
- Prepare grill as necessary for high heat.
- Grill the burgers to desired doneness, about 5 to 6 minutes on each side for medium.
- Grill the sandwich rolls, if desired.
- In the last minute of grilling, cover each hamburger with the cheese.
- Close the grill to melt the cheese.
- Serve immediately on rolls with lettuce, tomato and aioli.
