Vegetables With Peppers & Parmesan Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 tbsp Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend
- 1 large green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
- Add cauliflower and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes; drain.
- In a large skillet, add oil and heat to medium high.
- Add peppers and cook, stirring until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
- Add cauliflower, Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend, cherry tomatoes and green onion.
- Cook for 2 more minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
- Place in a heated bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve hot.
