Vegetables With Peppers & Parmesan
Full of good-for-you ingredients, this colorful side is a perfect addition to marinated chicken breasts. Don't forget to add the Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend and Parmesan cheese to enhance the natural flavors of the veggies.

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets 1/3 cup chopped green onion 1 large red bell pepper, cut into thin strips 2 tbsp Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend 1 large green bell pepper, cut into thin strips 2 cup cherry tomatoes 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Directions
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil.
Add cauliflower and cook until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes; drain.
In a large skillet, add oil and heat to medium high.
Add peppers and cook, stirring until crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.
Add cauliflower, Tomato Basil Garlic Seasoning Blend, cherry tomatoes and green onion.
Cook for 2 more minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
Place in a heated bowl and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve hot.
