Spaghetti With Meat Sauce Recipe
Ground beef, diced tomatoes, chopped celery and Dash™ make a thick and hearty Italian sauce. Serve over whole-grain spaghetti to create a filling feast for the entire family.

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 qt water
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 4 tbsp Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 cup celery
- 15 oz can no-salt-added diced tomatoes
Directions
- Boil water in 4-quart pan.
- Add 2 tablespoons Italian Medley Seasoning Blend to water.
- Add spaghetti to water.
- Cook spaghetti 10 to 12 minutes or as indicated on package.
- Drain; set aside.
- Cook ground beef over medium heat in 4-quart Dutch oven until brown.
- Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon drippings.
- Set ground beef aside.
- Return reserved drippings to pan.
- Chop onion, celery, green pepper.
- Add to pan with drippings.
- Add Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend to pan with vegetables, mix until blended.
- Cook 5 to 7 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add combined tomato sauce, tomatoes and 1/2 cup water to hot pan.
- Continue cooking until mixture boils; reduce heat.
- Add reserved ground beef and remaining Italian Medley Seasoning Blend.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon meat sauce over prepared spaghetti for each serving.
