Roasted Carrots With Lime Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp water
- Lime wedges (optional)
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 4 tsp fresh lime juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Spray 8-inch square baking dish with vegetable cooking spray.
- Place carrots in a single layer in dish.
- Add lime juice and water.
- Combine brown sugar and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend; mix well and drizzle on carrots.
- Bake, covered, 20 minutes or until tender.
- Turn carrots to coat all sides.
- Continue baking an additional 5 to 10 minutes, uncovered, until soft, glazed, shiny and slightly brown.
- Serve with fresh lime wedges, if desired.
