Orange Almond Chicken Kabobs Recipe
Citrus-infused kabobs make for an easy summertime meal. Use a combination of Dash™ seasoning blends, horseradish, orange marmalade and almond extract to add a summery kick to skewered grilled chicken breasts.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 6 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend and Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend.
- Cut chicken into cubes, add to flour mixture and coat evenly.
- Skewer wooden skewers with three pieces of chicken.
- Heat oil in a large skillet, add chicken and brown on all sides.
- Remove from skillet and place chicken into a large casserole.
- Cook in oven 15 to 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, add marmalade, horseradish, water and almond extract to food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
- Place sauce in an attractive bowl.
- Place chicken skewers around sauce and serve, using sauce for dipping.
