Maple Roasted Carrots Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 C Maple Grove Farms Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp Dash Original Seasoning
- 2lb fresh carrots, peeled and tops cut off
- 1/4 C unsalted pistachios, shelled and chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a small bowl add syrup, butter and seasoning and mix until combined.
- On a foil-lined baking sheet, add carrots and syrup mixture. Mix until carrots are fully coated.
- Place baking sheet with carrots in the oven and cook for 30 minutes or until carrots are tender.
- Serve topped with chopped pistachios and enjoy!
