Gazpacho Recipe
- This chilled soup is seasoned perfectly, thanks to the mix of Original Blend and raw vegetables.

Ingredients
- 3 cup low-salt tomato juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup seeded and chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 cup peeled, seeded and chopped cucumber
- 4 tsp Original Blend
- 1 cup peeled and finely chopped tomato
Directions
- Combine tomato juice, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, green onion, vinegar, oil and 1 tablespoon Original Blend; mix well.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with remaining Original Blend before serving.
