Crunchy Snow Peas With Almonds Recipe
Simply sauté snow peas in unsalted butter and Dash™ Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend until crisp for an easy and practically effortless veggie dish.

Ingredients
- 1 lb snow peas, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tsp minced shallots
- 1 tbsp Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 2 tbsp unsalted almonds, toasted and slivered
Directions
- Warm the olive oil in a small sauté pan.
- Turn the heat to medium and add the snow peas.
- Toss quickly and add a few drops of water.
- Toss again.
- Cook about 3 to 4 minutes, leaving the snow peas crisp.
- Add the lemon juice and toss again.
- Spoon onto a serving plate and sprinkle with the fresh shallots, the almonds and Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend.
- Spoon a tablespoon of the cooking juices over the snow peas.
