Crispy Parmesan Roasted Potato Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoon Olive oil, divided
- 1 Cup Parmesan Reggiano Cheese, grated
- 4 teaspoons Dash™ Original Seasoning, divided
- 1 Pound Red Potatoes, small, cut in half
Directions
- Preheat oven 400°F.
- Brush baking dish with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle the parmesan and 2 teaspoons Dash™ Original Seasoning.
- In a bowl combine oil, potatoes and 2 teaspoons Dash™ Original Seasoning, mix to evenly coat the potatoes. Arrange potatoes flat side down in prepared baking dish and press into the parmesan.
- Roast in a preheated 400°F oven until the parmesan is crispy and golden brown and the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes, breaking them apart.
