Creamy Cucumber Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 thinly sliced large seedless cucumber
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 sweet onion, minced and peeled
- 1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions
- Mix vinegar, sugar, Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend.
- Add sour cream to vinegar mixture and mix well.
- Place cucumber slices in bowl, add vinegar mixture and onions to cucumber, and mix well.
- Chill for 1 to 2 hours.
