  1. Combine water, wine, clam juice and Onion & Herb Seasoning Blend in a heavy saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add mussels and clams.
  4. Cover pan and cook over medium-high heat about 3 minutes or until mussels are open.
  5. Remove mussels and continue to cook if needed for clams to open.
  6. Serve with cooking broth and lemon.
