Chicken & Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Salad
Sun-dried tomatoes and Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning Blend provide the flavorful foundation for this easy-to-prepare cold pasta salad.

- 2 cup uncooked bow tie pasta
- 1 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato strips with oil
- 14 oz can artichoke hearts, well drained and chopped
- 4 tsp Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
- 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cup cooked broccoli florets
- Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain.
- Combine pasta with Italian Medley Seasoning Blend and all remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix well.
- Serve at room temperature or chill before serving.
- Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.
