Ingredients

For the Wings:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dash Salt Free Caribbean Citrus Blend
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

For the Garnish:

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges

Directions

  1.  Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, Dash Salt Free Caribbean Citrus Blend, lime juice, orange juice, honey or agave syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat your airfryer to 375°F (200°C).
  4. Remove the wings from the marinade and place them in a single layer in the airfryer basket. You may need to cook the wings in batches depending on the size of your airfryer. Airfry the wings for 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Transfer the cooked wings to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and lime wedges. Serve immediately and enjoy!
