Mexican-Style Zucchini & Corn Salad Recipe
A spicy side that's tasty whether it's served warm or snacked on right from the fridge. Fresh zucchini, corn and mild picante sauce get a sprinkling of Dash™ and olive oil to infuse spicy, hot flavor into each bite.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2/3 cup mild picante sauce
- 7 oz can no-salt-added corn
- 2 tsp Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
- 4 small zucchini, cut in half and cut into 1/4-inch slices
Directions
- Sauté zucchini and corn in oil until zucchini is tender, about 3 minutes.
- Add picante sauce and Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend; mix well.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
