Italian Rice Salad Recipe
This classic Italian dish is a perfect addition to your dinner table. Dash™ Italian Medley Seasoning Blend adds bold flavor to rice and veggies.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cup cooked long-grain rice, cooled
- 3 oz Asiago cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 head leaf lettuce
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Italian Medley Seasoning Blend
- 4 green onions, chopped
Directions
- Whisk together Italian Medley Seasoning Blend, olive oil and white wine vinegar in a large salad bowl.
- Add rice, sliced pepper, chopped green onions, sliced fennel and cubed cheese and mix well with the dressing.
- Line a large platter with lettuce leaves.
- Mound rice mixture on top of lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges.
