Chicken Fingers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved and cut into long strips
- 2 tbsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
Directions
- Mix together breadcrumbs and seasoning blend.
- Dip chicken strips in egg substitute and then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Sauté chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through.
