Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground turkey for a leaner option)
  • 2 tsp Dash Salt-Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups mixed greens 
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Pickles, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded low-fat cheese (optional)
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with 2 teaspoons of Dash Salt-Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through to your desired level of doneness.
  3. Remove the patties from the skillet and set them aside.
  4. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, and black pepper. Mix well to create a creamy dressing.
  5. In four bowls, evenly distribute the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, pickles, red onion and avocado. Place one cooked patty on top of each bowl. Add and sprinkle with shredded low-fat cheese if using.
  6. Drizzle the yogurt dressing over each bowl and Enjoy!
