- Total Time: 20 Minutes
- Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground turkey for a leaner option)
- 2 tsp Dash Salt-Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Pickles, diced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- ¼ cup shredded low-fat cheese (optional)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill)
- ½ tsp black pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with 2 teaspoons of Dash Salt-Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through to your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the patties from the skillet and set them aside.
- Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, fresh dill, and black pepper. Mix well to create a creamy dressing.
- In four bowls, evenly distribute the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, pickles, red onion and avocado. Place one cooked patty on top of each bowl. Add and sprinkle with shredded low-fat cheese if using.
- Drizzle the yogurt dressing over each bowl and Enjoy!
