Clam Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Scrumptious mushroom caps are filled to the brim with chopped chicken, clams, parsley and breadcrumbs. This Dash™ recipe is a perfect appetizer for your next get-together.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
- 6 2 1/2- to 3-inch stuffing mushrooms
- 1 tsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
- 4 tbsp canned minced clams, drained and rinsed
Directions
- Remove stems from mushrooms and dice.
- Spray tops of mushrooms with olive oil spray and place on cookie sheet.
- Pat clams dry.
- Melt butter in skillet. Add mushroom stems and Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend and sauté over medium heat until tender.
- Add clams, breadcrumbs, parsley and approximately 1 tablespoon water to moisten.
- Preheat broiler.
- Fill mushroom caps with clam mixture, sprinkle with Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, place under preheated broiler and cook 6 inches from broiler for 8 minutes or until browned and hot, being careful not to burn.
- Serve immediately.
