1. Halve roma tomatoes, lengthwise, and cut into 1/2 inch strips then 1/2 inch dice. Place diced tomatoes in mixing bowl and set aside.
2. Roll basil leaves together and slice into thin ribbons and place in bowl with roma tomatoes.
3. Add olive oil and Dash’s Garlic and Herb seasoning to the bowl and mix together until fully incorporated.
4. Place a couple spoonfuls of tomato mixture on a piece of grilled French bread and drizzle with balsamic vinegar, to taste. Sprinkle more of Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning over the top.
