Orange Beef & Broccoli

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 lb flank steak or beef sirloin, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 package Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3 cup broccoli florets
Directions
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat in a 12-inch skillet and brown beef in 2 batches; remove.
- Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook onion over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli and cook 4 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Return beef to skillet and cook 1 minute or until heated through.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
