Lemon Herb Asparagus Medley
Fresh or frozen, tender asparagus is a delicious rite of spring. Pair with simmered and cooled carrots, then drizzle Dash™ Lemon Pepper Marinade for a simple dressing that's brimming with taste.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp Lemon Pepper Marinade
- 1 lb washed and trimmed asparagus
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and julienne sliced
Directions
- Cook asparagus in simmering water until crisp-tender (about 5 minutes).
- Remove asparagus from simmering water.
- Rinse with cool water and drain.
- Add carrots to simmering water and cook until tender (about 3 minutes).
- Remove from water and drain.
- Drizzle Lemon Pepper Marinade over cooled asparagus and carrots.
- Top with parsley and serve.
