Pork tenderloin is great for weeknight meals as it cooks so quickly. Deglazing the pan with broth after cooking results in a rich and delicious gravy that will make everyone think you've slaved over the stove all day.

Ingredients
1 package Pot Roast Seasoning Mix
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp water
1 tsp grated orange zest (optional)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 lb boneless pork tenderloin
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange pork tenderloin in roasting pan.
Combine remaining ingredients except chicken broth and spread evenly over roast.
Place in oven and roast 30 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness.
Remove pork and let rest.
Add chicken broth to roasting pan and bring to a boil, scraping brown bits from bottom of pan.
