Marinate lamb chops, green peppers, zucchini and tomatoes in 2 cups (240mL) of Mrs. Dash® Garlic Herb Marinade for 10 minutes. Remove lamb chops from marinade. Brown lamb chops in a skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Remove lamb chops from skillet and add onions to skillet. Cook onions for about 5 minutes, or until soft, then add Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, and lightly stir. Transfer lamb chops and onions into a 2 qt. casserole. Remove green peppers, zucchini and tomatoes from marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Spoon vegetables over lamb chops and onions. Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour in a preheated 350° (177°C) oven, stirring occasionally.
