Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium high heat in a 12-inch skillet and brown beef in 2 batches; remove. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook onion over medium heat for 2 minutes minutes. Add broccoli and cook 4 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp. Return beef to skillet and cook 1 minute or until heated through. Serve over hot cooked rice.
