Preheat oven to 350°. Toss beef with flour; set aside. Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon. In same skillet, in reserved bacon drippings, brown beef in batches; remove. Add onion carrot and celery and cook, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Stir in beer and bring to a boil, scraping browned bits from bottom of pan. Add beef, bacon, Mrs. Dash Seasoning Mix, brown sugar and vegetable mixture to Dutch oven or oven proof 2-quart casserole. Bake covered, 2 hours or until beef is tender. Serve with mashed potatoes.
